Now Hiring an Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an extraordinary individual to help us with our day to day administration. 

This role needs someone who has excellent attention to detail, loves dealing with customers and is extremely organised and efficient with their time. 

Their day to day role would include.. Supporting our Sales and Operations Manager with private tours and events;
booking and liaising with tour venues, dealing with customer queries by email and phone, organising tour guides and invoicing.

We want the right person for the role so hours are flexible ie 16-40 hours per week and salary is commensurate to experience.
