An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest! There's nothing Caroline enjoys more than learning and if you can learn how to do something based around food and drink then she's all in.

Butchery or Foraging class - Broughgammon Farm offer a series of 'Good Life Courses' at their farm in Ballycastle including butchery and foraging.  We all know Caroline's love of goat, with their cookbook being a firm favourite on her shelf as it showcases so much local produces and local chefs.

Classes at Broughgammon Farm start at £149 per person.

Taste and Tour Foodie Hamper - You wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t love local produce, so we put together our very own Taste and Tour Foodie Hamper featuring a few of our favourite things to eat and drink. Have it delivered or collect from our friends at Arcadia Deli (and buy even more delicious goodies for the festive period).

Home Brewing Experience - For the beer head, Edible Flower have a Home Brewing Experience which is is the perfect way for the Home Brew enthusiast to get started on their brewing adventure, or learn to hone their skills further as they eat and drink through the day, brewing all the way… without the jingles though.. get it?  Jingle all the way?!

Belfast Gin Fest - we're really excited about Belfast Gin Fest in June 2018 and can't wait for all you gin lovers to see what we've got in store for you - hint, it's mostly gin. Tickets are available from £12 through BelfastGinFest.com.

Alternatively you could treat your friend to our highly sought after Belfast Gin Jaunt where guests try 7 very different gins learning all about the juniper laced spirit as they visit some of our favourite gin joints.

Suki Tea Subscription - If you've ever been on the Belfast Food Tour you'll know that we're big fans of Suki Tea (their Belfast Brew and Apple Loves Mint blends in particular) and they've got a great Tea Subscription service where they send you really interesting blends each month.
